Bandar Mahkota Cheras Turmoil is finally solved?

Finally, the Selangor PR government is putting its act together in behaving like a government in power, using its agency to solve the rakyat’s problem. You can be with the rakyat in opposing the project, but leaders are supposed to lead and not to be involved until violence erupts. As in this case, situation can get out of hand.

Finally, the state government realized that it has a stake in the whole project, flexes its muscle to government agency to solve the problem. After 2 weeks of high tension excitement, fear and frustration, finally it’s putting the act together. To oppose is easy, but to govern and solve problem is an entirely different matter.

The goverment must do what is right for the public and not what is easy for the public!
Do remember goverment people are also human being and they do not fly on earth. Moreover without the public how can they become the goverment? Public's concern is the first priority above all.
BTW, thxs. to Dr. Chua's blog.

In addition to giving advice to Pakatan Rakyat, why don't you also give some really good advice to your Chor Chee Heung?

Does Dr Chua know that the 4 poor fellas in the car are being investigated for attempted murder? Polis whack victim and then investigate them for murder. What next? Charge them for atempted murder, send them to jail and throw away the keys? Wah!!! Ini pun boleh. Apa sudah jadi pada Malaysia? Can Dr Chua comment on how Malaysia can deteriorate into such situation.

Eh Uncle Chua, You got realise something or not??

It is not that Selangor PR government is putting its act together in behaving like a government ini power FINALLY... it has ALWAYS done that but because they have only came into power shy of 3 months, there are a lot to do. I tell what they need to do....

Number 1, that gemuk gedempol tempe eating fella called Toyol left an administration that is more or less worse than what a mistress would do to your house if she is mighty piss with you. You get that hurricane swept through house picture in your head? Good! Now, you imagine you having to clean up the hurricane swept through house.. ALL BY YOURSELF BEFORE WIFEY GETS HOME!! That is what PR has been doing these months.. not very long actually, less than 3 months to be exact!

Number 2, Selangor PR government did things all along.. went to determine the status of the land that the barricade was built on (Toyol wouldnt have been able to do that in 2 years what more less than 2 weeks.. plenty of excuse la... gotta go buy tempe la, gotta go fry tempe la..eh, chup.. forgot.. gotta eat tempe.. all in the name beauty before he can do anything!)

Selangor PR government agreed and announced that the barricade can be and should be torn down..(again.. You think under BN aka Toyol lead government, Toyol would do that ah? He wouldnt have the balls to do that.. because.. i tell you later)and the barricade WAS TORN DOWN.. KASI PECAH.. KASI BOLEH LALU...

After the first round of gusti between Grand Saga, Police, FRU and residence of BMC, Selangor PR government had talks with all involved and acted like a government.. give these money greedy big time companies time to sort things out and come up with a amicable solution.. Now, if Selangor PR government didnt do that.. than everyone in BN will fault them for being a GANGSTA to impress the citizen.. Ish! that is no good.. no professional tau!

In the meantime, Selangor PR government ordered an intensive audit of all subsidiairies that has kena menggena with Selangor State Government... jang!jang!jang!jang..... terkeluar....

Selangor State government got shares in Grand Saga.. wahh.. got company charts and all.. got majority shares some more!! So, using this, Selangor PR government can flex muscle inside and outside this fiasco la!! PLEASE BEAR IN MIND.. ALL THE ABOVE IS DONE LESS THAN 3 MONTHS!!! WHAT IN THE DICKENS HAS BN/TOYOL DONE IN THE LAST 2 YEARS!? fcuking nothing ok! WHY!?

Because we are all told now that Selangor State government got majority shares in Grand Saga and so, when BN/Toyol was the Selangor State government of the day then, they get to reap a lot of mola la.. ada untung mah!! Greedy bastards..Make so much money.. keep quiet.. no wonder 2 years also didnt and cannot do anything la.. Got money to harvest ma.. out of the people who are also paying their taxes, assessments, quit rent, dont know what other shit that these people have to vormit out to own a house which, when they die, they cannot bring along!

We also found out that the Executive Director of Grand Saga is a retired dang wangi police chief!!!

Now, we understand why the police were bias and went around beat BMC residences to pulp during the 1st round of gusti??

Now, we also understand why the police didnt do anything when the strange looking thugs who were there because really, they got nothing better to do, started whalloping residence with helmets and sticks.

NOW, we also understand why the FRUs whallop a young man to pulp.. no.. they actually dragged him out of his car first.. then whallop him to pulp.. lost a tooth or two... bathe in blood and all...

NOW, we know plenty people are in shit deep enough to drown them and for the life of me, I wish they drown!!

So, uncle Chua, which part didnt the Selangor PR government do to show that they are governing and solving the problem? Please bear in mind that they do not have the necessary assistance from the Federal government in this matter. It is only today, 30th May, at 3pm did the Federal government step in to say something.

Did you read what that Chor don't know what, Deputy Home Minister has to say about this whole FRU whallop people and police standing around when thugs whallop residence? POOIK! I will throw eggs at him for being such a prick! Nah.. like that is call governing ala BN style!

Uncle Chua, if you are serious about making things better, you should learn to see beyond the party. It is the people's interest that should be your paramount concern! From your writing, it is very clear that there are some form of "jeering" towards PR government and that is mighty not fair! How do you improve things if you are bias? Yup, I am mighty pissed with this whole fiasco.. It is inhuman!

I'm your avid admirer since the day you headed Health Ministry. Thank you for your great works. Unfortunately, not many people have your courage to speak up when things are not right.

Refer to BMC issue, one question lingering in our mind is where is MCA when the community needs them? BMC turmoil started few yrs ago and why until to-date still unresolved. Imagine if anyone of us was one of the residents, what would you feel? What would you think putting your feeling aside? Day light robbery? Being force down to your throat for driving additional 12km to and fro everyday?

Let's not make it into political issue and put the record straight. Does Grand Saga has the right to put up the barricade since the road is under State land? Hope MCA can speak up if things are not right. Else it will soon be irrelevant.

Dear Sir,

Apologized for screwed up the comment at an irelevant topic again as i really can't find a place that i can post question or comment unrelated to the topic on discussed easily.

Your blog's openning say

"Therefore, I welcome party members and members of public to post your constructive suggestions and opinions on my blog on how to rebuild and reform the party, eventually enabling MCA to regain support from all party members and the community."

In my view, the first thing that MCA need to do is to make sure that its CALON are up to the expectation of rakyat, meaning that they must really willing ot serve the people and not to gain "PERSONAL BENEFIT" via the corrupt way. Probably you might asked what the phrase ["PERSONAL BENEFIT" via the corrupt way] but i doubt that you really don't understand.

Frankly speaking, i'm originated from a small kampung and it had been obvious to the kampung people that corruption had become a norm and nowaday's corruption is not just small corrupt but big corrupt. There had been cases where tender had been put up for bidding with fund approved and i will suppose that the fund had been allocated. However, the fund never distributed to the successful vendor who win the bid and thus the development never took place. I can tell you that this is not the only corrupted case that happened in my kampung base on what kampung people saying.

Btw, back to the topic, in order for MCA to be relevant its MP, as law maker must be allowed to take their stand base on issue debated and not to object for the sake of objecting. If a valid issue/motion was table by opposition, the MP from MCA should be allowed to support such motion.

At the same time, i would say that for opposition MP to be relevant, they must also hold to the same principle, they should not reject the policy table by BN if it is of benefit to people.

Thanks.

Regards,
PS

May I know what is MCA's stand on this issue? No matter what you stated about the Pakatan Govt, they did stand up for the residents. Where are the MCA politicians when the residents were beaten up?
FRU personnels were fully armed and protected beat up an unarmed individual Datuk Chor said the police were right. So is this what MCA can do? A "yes" man no matter what injustice that happens to the community it claims to represent?

Please disolve MCA and join UMNO.(If they value you people at all). Thank you!

Dear Dr Chua,

In regard to this issue, I do not think just the state government is fully responsible for the entire turnmoil. I think more important the Federal Government also must act on this issue. Why only the Work Minister get his act together and announce of the decision to continue opening the access road, after the residents got injured.

What is your stand in regards to Police brutality??? Do you think the police acted professionally?? This is an identical issue like the Los Angeles's Riot when a police officer beaten a Black badly. I think Datuk Chor should reassess his comment rather than making one sided comment. We as a citizen will only praise a leader of taking a neutral stand and assess the true situation before making any comment. This is a reflection of politician trying to protect the police force, despite clear video recording showing otherwise.

We as a citizen able to assess and think constructively whether the issue is being politicise by the opposition or not. pertaining to this issue, I do not think the police acted professionally. When someone come out with a full video recording from start to finish like the "Lingam" issue then we start to tell the public "It looks like like the Police and sound like the Police".

Amid to the problem within the pilice force and take constructive action to improve the forces.

Dear Mr.Chua, your writings are highly biased. As a concerned citizen who had been following the case ardently i know who is in the wrong. The state gov has clearly stated that it had no jurisdiction on the road. Read that the power lies with Federal government aka your colleagues in BN.

If there's anyone who doesn't care and only acted after the matter got serious it is the BN Fed government! Get your facts right because the Pakatan Rakyat MPs had been in the forefront in fighting for the people. Remember Mr.Lim Lip Eng, the Segambut MP who spent a night in hospital after being bashed?

I wonder if you or any of your colleagues would have done the same. Something for you to ponder about.

Dear Dr. Chua,

Although the issue is finally solved, however, may i know where are the MCA MPs when the issue happened?? Why didn't MCA MPs help to solve the issue. We don't need them to strike with the residents, but at least voice out in the parliment. Don't tell me all of them don't read newspapers, as this issue been in the newspapers for quite a while. Where are all our DEAREST MCA MPs??? WHERE?????? You guys said that MCA represent Chinese, but in this issue, are there Chinese involved?? May be don't have as we didn't see MCA MPs come out to voice out for them.. MAY BE LAH.... SHAME of you MCA MPs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

God will bless the resident of Bandar Mahkota Cheras!!!!!

I think the BN government has responded too slowly to the BMC incident. BN should have alerted itself to intervene at the early stage to snatch away some credits for itself. I notice that by the time BN Minister reacted to open the road blocks, Pakatan has more or less siphoned off whatever good credits left behind. At the end of the day, BN helped Pakatan to solve its problem without actually gaining anything. May be BN government, especially UMNO Minister and MPs are simply too busy over their party problems. MCA too very busy over its internal problems. Such is the state of affairs within BN, how to reinvent, reengineer, repackage or what from now onwards. Easier said than done.

To those who question about what MCA has done for this BMC fiasco, please noe that MCA has done plenty... There.. that Chor fella is from MCA and he sure said quite a bit!

CSL, if you do see that Chor fella, please tell him that if he has nothing good to say, it is wise to just shut up.

Today's story on this matter is that our DPM says "The BN government supports the move to open the access road connecting Bandar Mahkota Cheras to the Cheras-Kajang Highway for the benefit of the people. And, was not to bow to pressure or to please the Pakatan Rakyat-led state government in Selangor. "We want what's good for the people""

I say that DPM is talking shit! If BN really really meant to want what's good for the people, BN would have step in to resolve this problem at the first instance! WHY DIDNT BN DO SO? I can think of at least 2 reasons why... Number 1, Simply because that is PR territory and oh yes! BN thought PR will not be able to sort out the problem and therefore can use this incident to discredit PR! Hah! dont tell me this never cross the minds of BN imbecile!

Number2, Remember that Selangor government is the majority share holder of Grand Saga?? Remember that this means, millions into pocket.. but.... BN being BN.. the not very bright and sometimes a little fcukwit... forgot the next point...

Number 3, BN being the stupid prick they are, didnt connect the fact that they are no longer the ruling party in Selangor and therefore wont be reaping those plenty millions via majority shareholder of Grand Saga. Suddenly, when this fact hit them on the face, BN decided to turn this around to make themselves look damn good, kononnya la. Afterall, no more money to gain might as well gain some "citizen praise/popularity".

After all the gory glory of whacking and whalloping, BN now want to claim credit? oh..pleasee... how low will a human being stoop!!

It's things like these that piss me off about BN. From the start, anyone with a quarter of a brain can see what is BN's stand on this matter and when things are finally resolved, BN will breeze in to claim credit and give all sorts of crapshit remarks which just fuel my disgust towards BN.

Dr Chua,

I hope MCA and Gerakan leaders now realise the reason why they lost the last election.

BMC turmoil is a very good example why MCA/Gerakan becoming irrelevant to the community.

Who is the authority in this case? Grand Saga or the government? Looks like Grand Saga rules as they can simply do what they like as if there is no government. FRU/court/police(initially) all taking side. MCA/Gerakan too either keeping mum or taking side. Rakyat seriously losing confident with the gomen with the ultra slow response! Seriously why so heartless to your own rakyat? How do you expect people continue to vote for the gomen even if there are few goods out there but majority only care for their own?

Soi Lek,

Stop thinking or acting like a partisan MCA (or BN) man. Your comments are way biased this time and lack objectivity.

If it wasn't for the PR govt leaders, people in BMC will still be paying toll to the cronies of the previous state govt.

Get real! doc - the BN federal govt. (or JKR) holds the deciding ace in determining the fate of the barrier constructed on a public road and stradling on land owned by the state. Why the Minister acted only after a few people were bashed up by thugs and the police?

Please stop talking like a BN parrot - there are too many of them in MCA, Gerakan and MIC already!
